Copeland Council is putting out useful festive information to make sure the Christmas holidays go smoothly.
Information including bin collections, office opening hours and emergency telephone numbers should help residents enjoy the season.
The Council’s office opening hours are:
The Copeland Centre will close at 1pm on Christmas Eve and the new reception at the Market Hall will open on Tuesday January 5.
The Millom office will close at 1pm on Christmas Eve and open at 9am on Tuesday January 5.

Our customer services team will be taking emergency calls (ie regarding flooding, homelessness, dangerous buildings) on Monday January 4, even though our offices won’t be open to the public.
